Donald J. TomnitzExecutive Chairman
Donald J. Tomnitz is currently serving as the Executive Chairman of Forestar, a position he has held since October 2017. Prior to Forestar, he served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. Horton, Inc. from November 1998 to September 2014. He was a Vice President in charge of various divisions of D.R. Horton from 1983 until he was elected Vice President-Western Region in 1994. From 1996 until 1998, Mr. Tomnitz was President of the Company’s Homebuilding Division. In 1998, he was elected an Executive Vice President of the Company and in 2000, he became President. Before joining D.R. Horton, Mr. Tomnitz was a Captain in the U.S. Army, a Vice President of RepublicBank of Dallas, N.A., and a Vice President of Crow Development Company, a Trammell Crow Company.
Mr. Tomnitz holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from Westminster College and a Masters of Business Administration in finance from Western Illinois University.

Kellie L. Fischer Director
Kellie L. Fischer is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rangers Baseball Express LLC (the “Rangers”), which is the holding company of the Texas Rangers baseball franchise, the Rangers’ real estate development entities and REV Entertainment, LLC (an events and sports management company). Ms. Fischer has held this role since 2005 under two different ownership groups. From 1999 to 2005, Ms. Fischer served as Controller and Vice President of Finance of Southwest Sports Group LLC. Prior to joining the Rangers, she worked in the audit division of PwC focusing on publicly traded manufacturing clients.
Ms. Fischer is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baylor University.

Samuel R. FullerDirector
Samuel R. Fuller has been retired since 2008, having obtained significant experience in accounting and financial roles through his employment with D.R. Horton from 1992 until his retirement. He served as Controller of D.R. Horton from 1995 until his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2000 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2000 until 2003. Mr. Fuller has served on the Board of Directors of Forestar since October 2017. Mr. Fuller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Lisa H. JamiesonDirector
Lisa H. Jamieson is an attorney at Bourland, Wall and Wenzel P.C. She is experienced in all facets of estate planning and probate law, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Jamieson is a former Chair of the Real Estate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. She currently serves on the Boards of several civic and professional organizations, including United Community Centers Foundation, Advocates for Special People, The Alzheimer’s Association of North Central Texas, and BGC of Greater Tarrant County. Ms. Jamieson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University.
Elizabeth (Betsy) ParmerDirector
Elizabeth (Betsy) Parmer is an attorney at The Law Office of Elizabeth Parmer. She is experienced in large estates divorces and high-conflict family law litigation. Ms. Parmer has been practicing law for 30 years. She currently serves as a Board Member in the charity organization called Dayna’s Footprints. Ms. Parmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
George W. Seagraves, II Director
George W. Seagraves, II retired in 2015 after a 26-year career at D.R. Horton, Inc. Prior to his retirement, he most recently served as North Region President, a position he had held since October 2006. Prior to October 2006, Mr. Seagraves held multiple senior leadership positions at D.R. Horton, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern U.S., Northeast Region President, and East Region President.
Mr. Seagraves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from Texas A&M University.
