WHY INVEST IN FORESTAR?

Forestar plans to significantly grow into a large-scale, national lot developer.

Through its strategic relationship with D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the country, Forestar has significant built-in demand for current and future lot deliveries.

Forestar has accessed the capital markets and obtained growth capital for fiscal 2025 and beyond while maintaining modest leverage and approximately $792 million of liquidity at June 30, 2025.

Forestar is more geographically diversified than most homebuilders with operations in 64 markets across 23 states and 102,300 lots controlled at June 30, 2025.
